MAN DigitalServices and the RIO platform’s Marketplace are your easy gateway to digital fleet management. Our services for vehicle tracking, maintenance management, optimisation of vehicle analysis and performance as well as for improving driver performance support economic and efficient administration of your fleet.

 

MAN DigitalServices are integrated into the cloud-based RIO ecosystem. Marketplace on the RIO platform offers you access to the digital MAN services you can use via the RIO box in your MAN vehicle.

 

To use MAN DigitalServices you only need to register on the RIO platform. Then activate your vehicle or your fleet in the administration area. Following this, you will receive the free Essentials basic package with fleet monitor and deployment analysis applications. You can also book and administer further MAN DigitalServices and services in Marketplace for a fee.

A SIMPLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD KICKOFF

The RIO box and the Marketplace are your quick and straightforward gateway to digital fleet management, thus helping you to increase the efficiency of your fleet. The RIO box is fitted as standard with MAN TGS and MAN TGX series – it can be added via vehicle configuration with MAN TGM and MAN TGL series. Your MAN service outlet will also be happy to check whether retrofitting of a RIO box is possible for your MAN vehicle.

 

The RIO platform is cloud-based so you can access your fleet data via your Internet browser. Hence, you need no further software to view your data – regardless of your location.

TRY IT FOR FREE

When you register in the RIO platform’s Marketplace, we offer you the Essentials basic package free of charge. This allows you to easily record the location and performance data for your vehicles. Additional costs are only accrued when the functionality is expanded with the Geo and Perform services.

 

For the MAN vehicles in your fleet, you can also book the free MAN ServiceCare, which helps facilitate maintenance management of your vehicles and coordination of your workshop appointments to increase efficiency.

KEEPING AN EYE ON COSTS

You have full cost control via the RIO platform. Thanks to the high cost transparency of our services, you benefit from maximum planning reliability. You can individually book or cancel fee-based services at any time.

 

EASILY INTEGRATE FLEET VEHICLES

You can connect your fleet vehicles without problem: Retrofitting of the RIO box is also possible for vehicles with an FMS (Fleet Management System) interface. The box (TBM3) can be used in all vehicles equipped with an activated FMS interface.

 

MIXED FLEET? NO PROBLEM!

MAN DigitalServices also offer a suitable telematics solution for mixed fleets: Many of our digital services are suitable for different vehicles and offer the option of also connecting vehicles from other manufacturers. The RIO platform can be used independently of the system and manufacturer. Hence, it is ideally suited to be used with mixed fleets.
